Based on the Ordinance on Quality Assurance Organization in Higher Education at the Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, a Quality Assurance and Improvement Department (Quality Office) was established at the Faculty, whose head is Ivana Lauš, B.Sc. The Office is responsible for organising, monitoring, implementing and evaluating all activities related to ensuring and improving the quality at the Faculty of Food Technology in Osijek.
